Vintage Negroni
Our Vintage Negroni is a classic cocktail, crafted with our own signature touch.
In October 2024, when we opened our restaurant, we purchased two oak barrels. These barrels, which you can see in the restaurant, are where our Negroni is carefully aged.
The cocktail can be enjoyed as an aperitif during your lunch or dinner, or taken home as a ready-to-serve bottle.

The Recipe
Our Vintage Negroni is made with equal parts Campari, Antica Formula Vermouth and Gin, finished with love, time and attention.
It has been poured, refilled, enjoyed… and now it can come home with you.
