At Tongersestraat 23 in Maastricht (entrance via Kakeberg 6), we, Wouter and Ylja, have our restaurant. A place to share our vision of gastronomy with you: a place where hospitality, quality, and flexibility are at the heart of everything we do. You experience this in our fine dining dishes, wines, and products.

This comes alive through a relaxed atmosphere, where nothing is required and everything is possible. At WY., you can choose from our ever-changing à la carte menu.

WY-N BAR

From Thursday to Monday, we are open from 3:00 PM for a glass of wine or an aperitif with a small bite or cheese from our cheese platter. The restaurant’s wine list is also available at the bar.

At the wine bar, we operate without reservations, so feel free to walk in via Kakeberg 6B.

Christmas & December Menu

December 24–29, 2025 – Dinner

During the last week of December 2025, we will serve an evening menu in which Wouter, just like in Carte Blanche, selects the finest seasonal products and transforms them into a culinary experience. Each course is carefully composed and passionately prepared, allowing you to fully enjoy an evening of refinement and surprises. This menu can be paired with wines or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Reservations can be made easily online via the link on this website. For parties larger than six, we are happy to assist personally. Please email info@wyinmaastricht.nl

Couldn’t secure a reservation? Feel free to walk in during the evening (best after 8:00 PM) to see if a table has become available.

Everyone is welcome, but as the space is small and intimate, we kindly ask that you leave pets at home.

WY – 1 year!

Wow, how time flies – WY is turning 1!

A year full of wonderful moments that we look back on with pride and gratitude!
We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many lovely guests and experiencing some truly memorable occasions.

Right at the start, in October 2024, we cooked at the BBB Chef’s Table at the MECC in Maastricht together with Dave Beckers of Kasteel Terworm. We took part in the Asparagus Matinee at Hoeve Nekum, organized by Rotaract, and in the Oyster Walk with our wine bar.

We also hosted two successful winemaker’s dinners with Weingut Zilliken and Château Beychevelle, and more recently a 4-hands, two-day collaboration with Restaurant Haricot from Maastricht.

On top of that, we earned a place in the Michelin Guide and were awarded 13.5 points by Gault&Millau – a wonderful recognition that motivates us to keep growing.

But above all, WY thanks you for your enthusiasm and trust!
